Poetry

Though I don’t publicize it as much as I do my novels, I write a lot of poetry.  I’m working on a cycle of poems called Doctrines of Grace, which reflects upon things like theology, growing up in American evangelical Christendom, and my ever-evolving relationship with my own beliefs about the divine.  I’m considering recording these to music and releasing them as an EP or album; I’ll have more info here as that idea develops.

I’m occasionally invited to perform poetry at various events, and I’ve given readings on Philadelphia radio stations WRTI 90.1 FM and G-Town Radio.
